Advisory Notice - MacOS Mojave Update and ProMAX Platform

Apple has recently released an update for OSX 10.14.1 Mojave. 

At this time ProMAX Platform software currently does not support this update. 

To ensure that your software performs at an optimal level we recommend that our customers do not update to this OS on any workstation that is dependent on Platform Server access at this time.

We anticipate the capability to support Mojave in the next Platform release. Release date TBD. 

ProMAX Platform currently supports the following OS:

MAC
Mac OSX 10.10 thru 10.12. OSX 

Note:  High Sierra is supported but will not operate for Avid Media Composer environments. 

Prior OSX versions may operate but are not supported by ProMAX. 

Apple Safari and Google Chrome are the only browsers supported.

PC
Windows 7 (Service Pack 1 + KB3033929), Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. Windows 10 will operator however, the Edge browser has not yet been certified with Platform for this release. 

Each version must be 64-bit OS; 32 bit is not supported. 

Google Chrome is the only browser supported.
