Error: A recent change to your operating environment has caused an issue

This technote is applicable to FastTrack Schedule customers running a Single User Version license.
If you have a Concurrent User license - please contact Intraware Support for information.

Several Windows customers have reported the following error after Windows update. 

Error Message:  A recent change to your operating environment has caused an issue.  Contact FastTrack Schedule 10 technical support for further assistance. [OSDOIH]

To resolve this issue:
1. Delete all prior installers of FastTrack Schedule 10 that you may have on your computer, because the file names are the same, but the installers are different.
2. Uninstall FastTrack Schedule 10. 
3. Freshly download FastTrack Schedule 10.2 for Windows, Single User Version using this link:
https://cloudfiles.aecsoftware.com/pub/fasttrack/win/10.2.0/FastTrack_Schedule_10_Install.exe
4. Launch the installer (FastTrack_Schedule_10_Install.exe) and install FastTrack Schedule 10.2.0. 

All of your files will open and function normally.
